Dr. John C. Kwasny currently serves as the Executive Ministry Director at Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church, Executive Director of One Story Ministries, and Visiting Professor at Reformed Theological Seminary.

Dr. Kwasny holds a Ph.D. in Christian Education from Trinity Theological Seminary. He earned his Master’s in Counseling from Regents University, graduating with the highest honors, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Oral Roberts University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

In his role as Executive Ministry Director, Dr. Kwasny has also been the primary Biblical counselor for Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church since 2005. He is recognized as one of the leading Biblical counselors in the Southeastern United States, serving both his congregation and the wider Church community. During this time, Dr. Kwasny founded One Story Ministries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching the full counsel of Scripture to all members of the Church.

Prior to his tenure at Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church, Dr. Kwasny served as the Director of Christian Education and Family Life at Plains Presbyterian Church from 1995 to 2005. He also held the position of Director at New Hope Christian Counseling, providing biblical counseling services to the Baton Rouge Metro area from 1991 to 1995.
